Do I really look old?

I've never before been accused of looking older than I am... until last Sunday.
We're dining at the Black-eyed Pea. I order the famous Chicken Fried Chicken. The waitress says, "do you want that from the regular menu, or the Senior menu?" If I'm not mistaken, at age 48, the Senior menu is still at least 7 years away.
Most people have always said I look younger than I am. I must have aged very quickly in a short time.
